Thrive is an integrative healthcare center in Charlotte founded by Dr. Amy Fletcher and Dr. Nancy Palermo Lietz, combining conventional, functional, and integrative medicine in one collaborative setting. Beyond primary care and sick visits, they offer functional medicine, nutrition counseling, weight management, psychology, massage therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture, esthetics, yoga, fitness classes, and cooking classes—all with a root-cause approach to chronic illness and preventive wellness. Their physicians spend extended time with patients (one-hour+ initial appointments) to address lifestyle, nutrition, gut health, and environmental factors alongside traditional medicine.
