Answered all the extra questions and checked on a few miscellaneous extra items! Great guys, kind, attentive, and communicate so well. “Called the otter guys to get an estimate on duct cleaning. While scheduling, also set up a maintenance schedule for our business for the future. The free estimate for the duct cleaning was scheduled for the next day. Kenny and Caleb were AWESOME! While they were at the office, I expressed a smell that was coming from one of our closets. Not only did they find it was coming from insulation behind our HVAC unit, they removed it! They were only supposed to be here for the estimate. Pricing for the maintenance schedule is very reasonable! We will be using Otter Guys for any of our plumbing and HVAC needs! Highly recommend!”
