Tennessee Aquarium

The Tennessee Aquarium is a world-class public aquarium in downtown Chattanooga featuring two major exhibit areas—River Journey and Ocean Journey—showcasing diverse freshwater and saltwater ecosystems with thousands of animals. Beyond regular admission, the aquarium offers IMAX movies, guided tours including the new Deeper Dives experience, special events like Public Sleep in the Deep and Nightlife experiences, and serves as an event venue for private functions. The facility also operates the Tennessee Aquarium Conservation Institute, conducting scientific research and ecosystem restoration projects while providing educational S.T.R.E.A.M. programs to the community.
