Synergy Yoga Center

Synergy Yoga Center and Healing Arts is Miami Beach's oldest yoga studio, serving the community for over 20 years with traditional yoga styles ranging from Ashtanga Vinyasa to Iyengar therapeutic methods. Directed by Victoria Brunacci, a 500-hour yoga alliance certified instructor trained in Swami Sivananda's Integral Yoga and multiple healing modalities, the studio offers in-person classes for all levels across three rooms. Beyond yoga classes, Synergy provides holistic healing services including Reiki, acupressure, shiatsu, and Thai massage, plus special events like full moon ceremonies and monthly sound baths.
