Seven Sisters

Seven Sisters is a community-driven Pilates studio in Salt Lake City's Marmalade district offering challenging reformer and mat Pilates classes rooted in classical methods with modern, creative flows. Led by expert instructors, the studio features 50-minute classes designed for all levels, from beginner-friendly Form classes to intermediate and advanced Signature Strength sessions. They also offer private classes, events, and corporate partnerships, along with an annual Ojai retreat for members.
