Every instructor completes their rigorous 200-hour in-house training program, ensuring consistent, safe, and expert-led classes for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced athletes. They also offer specialized 60-minute Advanced Sessions, prenatal/postnatal workshops, and small group classes (15 spots maximum) designed to deliver full-body, high-intensity workouts with thoughtful modifications and a community-focused atmosphere.
