“I was connected to this practice through the university CAPS program due to attentional issues. I was no stranger to therapy but I've never been to a practice with policies like these, it just seems like their priority is making as much money as possible from every client (not at all centered around ensuring clients receive the best care). The owner, at her sole discretion, drops patients from the practice if they miss more than 1 appointment.... thats super weird to do because, at the same time, their target demographic is irresponsible college students and forgetful ADHDers. what a crazy non-coincidence, if you don't get dropped you must pay a $75 fee before you're even allowed to book again. I have never been to a practice that held my care 'hostage' until I paid the unsettled balance, it's absurd since my therapist (who I liked) was in training and not licensed. Just weird.”

“I had a great experience with this therapy practice. Lila is amazing. She really helped me out during a traumatic time in my life. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Very disappointed. My child’s appointments were cancelled multiple times at the last minute due to the therapist having things come up. However, when I had to cancel because school started, I was told they could no longer see my child. There was no courtesy or understanding shown. Communication has also been very poor... they don’t return emails, and it feels like they care more about money than the well-being of the children. I had hoped for a much better experience.”

“We had a very disappointing experience with this office. We had to take a break(financial reasons) with a provider, never missed an appointment but after a few weeks of that provider not having appointments with us we were let go, told we won’t be accepted by ant seasons counseling provider anymore told to look elsewhere. I can not recommend their services for that reason.”
