About Rockbridge Area Health Center
Rockbridge Area Health Center (RAHC) is a non-profit federally qualified health center founded to bridge healthcare gaps in the Rockbridge County area. With locations in Lexington and Buena Vista, plus two school-based health centers and mobile units, RAHC brings comprehensive care directly to communities that need it most. The center operates as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), meaning care is coordinated across a team of providers to ensure patients receive holistic, continuous treatment rather than fragmented services.
