RDN Nutrition Counseling

RDN Nutrition Counseling is a team of seven registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) in Clifton and Paterson, NJ specializing in bariatric nutrition, weight loss counseling, and personalized nutrition planning. Led by Victor Mendez, RDN—one of the few bariatric dietitians in New Jersey endorsed by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery—the practice offers pre-surgery counseling, bariatric meal plans, diabetes management, and general nutrition guidance for patients of all health backgrounds. They provide both in-person and virtual consultations, with bilingual services in English and Spanish, and accept insurance to make care accessible.
