Randi Gray Counseling

Randi Gray Counseling is a holistic psychology practice in Mesa founded in 2017, led by Dr. Randi Gray and a team of licensed counseling professionals. They provide individual therapy, couples and family counseling, and specialized trauma therapy using evidence-based techniques including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing. The practice is dedicated to helping clients process emotional challenges, heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy coping mechanisms in a safe, supportive environment.
