Pure Barre

Pure Barre Lubbock is a boutique fitness studio offering barre and strength training classes designed for low-impact, high-intensity full-body workouts. Located in Kingsgate North next to Table 82, they offer four signature class formats—Pure Barre Classic, Align, Empower, and Define—each combining barre technique with varying intensities and approaches like flexibility training, HIIT, and dumbbell work. Led by owner Lindsay and a team of highly-trained instructors, Pure Barre creates a supportive community atmosphere focused on building strength, flexibility, and confidence for all fitness levels.
