Puppy Yoga DC - 14th & U (Puppies Yoga)

Puppy Yoga DC offers a unique 75-minute wellness experience combining all-level yoga instruction with interactive puppy socialization at three Washington, DC locations (14th & U, Logan Circle, and Georgetown). Each session includes 45 minutes of guided yoga surrounded by playful puppies aged 8-12 weeks, followed by 30 minutes of cuddles, photos, and playtime, plus a wellness drink and yoga mat. The puppies are sourced from local breeders and participate in classes as part of their pre-adoption socialization, making this both a stress-relieving fitness experience and a feel-good way to support puppy wellness.
