Powerful Wellness LLC, owned by retired Army Combat Engineer Derrick Powe, is a massage therapy and personal training practice in Cary specializing in sports, deep tissue, trigger point, therapeutic, relaxation, medical, reflexology, and specialty massage treatments. The practice also offers individually tailored personal training including stretching, strength, and conditioning sessions designed to help clients achieve pain-free living and improved performance. With formal training in massage therapy from Medical Arts School of Raleigh and personal training certification from the National Personal Training Institute, Derrick combines multiple modalities to create customized wellness plans.
