Pinyon Physical Therapy

Pinyon Physical Therapy is a Salt Lake City–based clinic specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, dry needling, and back pain treatment. Founded and led by Dr. Sarah McNurlin (DPT, cert. MDT), the clinic provides one-on-one care exclusively from doctors of physical therapy—no aides or therapist rotation. Services include gait analysis for runners, specialized spine care for sciatica and disc issues, dry needling, and personalized treatment plans designed to achieve results in fewer visits than typical PT clinics.
