Pilates En Pointe is an independently owned reformer pilates studio in Apex specializing in private personal sessions, semi-private training, and small group classes (max 6 people). Led by Kara, a professional dancer with deep body awareness, the studio serves everyone from injury recovery to professional athletes with individualized instruction.
