“I had a lot of trouble scheduling this appointment. It took them about two months to come out to my house after initially talking to them. Then when they did arrive, without prior notice, they inspected and then cut the broken parts off of my spa. Because they didn’t have a replacement part on hand, they then took the parts back to their shop after telling me they would order them and come back out. Later that evening I received an email from Michael informing me that they could no longer work on my spa and that I should contact somebody else. While they did provide contact information for another person and I didn’t get charged, I thought this was very poor customer relations and was unacceptable business practices. This all started in early March and due to the delays I am still waiting on service to be completed.”
