I took my car to Patterson based on a recommendation from my mechanic and I can say I will never recommend them to anyone. I called in advance and was told to drop my car from 9-12. Arrived and was told that it was not necessary to drop my car at all after arranging a ride, but they would review and email me an estimate within an hour. Went back to get my car after I received the estimate to ask questions and the shop was closed at 2 PM, both owners gone. Sent an email inquiring about why the "used tire" was $700 on an estimate of $1700 for a very small repair. As a woman I like to know the why and the how and to be educated about my vehicle for future issues, just wanted to know the details of the repair since the estimate was very vague. No response. Emailed again a day later asking the same question and received a response chastising me for accidentally calling the wheel a tire, seriously?? No answer to my questions, just a snarky response. Emailed again apologizing for mislabeling a wheel as a tire, but requested info as to the repair they were suggesting, just basic info as to what was being done. The owner told me they could possibly repair the wheel when I dropped it but now it's $700 for a used wheel? Just wanted clarification, but NO EXPLANATION AND NO RESPONSE. Apparently they don't need business and don't care about bad reviews. Took my car to another body shop who came in $200 less and were happy to answer my question as to why the used wheel was so pricey. I'll be sure to let anyone I know to avoid taking their car here, I would say previous reviews of attitude from the owners are spot on.

Newest review - May, 2025 Patterson Auto Body repaired my 2013 Ford C-Max hybrid 4 years ago after it was hit by a tow truck in a friend's parking lot. They did a "smash-up" excellent job, so much so that my insurance company reinstated full coverage for my vehicle! This is my 2nd review for Patterson because after 3 years part of the work they had done in the same area started to crack and look bad, weird even! So my local mechanic suggested I go back to Patterson to see what they thought, I said, but it's been 4 years since they did the work. He said, so what? Go ask them. I did. Phil and Amy were terrific, they said it was "weird," but could definitely fix it. They did and they did not charge me, which was amazing. I realized they didn't have an obligation to fix for free something from 4 years earlier, but they did. I asked them to buff my headlights, which after 13 years had that foggy/hazzy/cloudy plastic look. I had buffed them before with a product I bought, which made them look about 25% clearer. Patterson did a spectacular job, they look new! It was $75 per headlight, and well worth the expense. Anyone who wants new-looking bright, shiny headlights, get over to Patterson for a light buff job! I highly recommend them. Thank you, Phil Amy and Mattie! Great service, supportive and generous. 💖 4 years ago review --------------------------- Phil Patterson and Ms. Amy were an absolute delight from the start for my sweet Ford C-Max hybrid which was "totaled" by my insurance company. The damage to the rear passenger door was such that the insurance people decided it was a total loss, but when Mr. Patterson and Ms. Amy looked at it, they said, "Of course we can fix it and make it look like new!" They had my Ford for 10 days while I had a rental and drove out of state for a family crisis. I checked in with them a couple of times, they were on schedule and reported no unforeseen surprises. Yay!! Mr. Patterson and Ms. Amy had been super supportive and helpful prior to dropping my car off also. Very caring, compassionate and kind people. I am extremely appreciative and thankful for their excellent work and dedicated ethics. I picked up my car and as promised, it looks new, cannot see any telltale traces of damage, only GREAT WORK! Many thanks for a job well done, and extremely affordable. PLEASE CONSIDER PATTERSON AUTO BODY IF/WHEN YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TOTALS YOUR CAR, YOU DON'T AGREE AND WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR, AS I DID. Thank you, Phil & Amy. ❤️ Pie

If I could give a zero star review, I would! My sister recently had an accident and needed to get a paint job, so I recommended this place since they have such great reviews. Sadly, I am disappointed to hear that they painted my sister's car a different color and that they were rude and aggressive. My sister told me that Amy Gril was unprofessional and liked to yell at customers with no patients, and she lied to my sister's insurance company. Terrible attitude in person and on the phone and loves gaslighting customers even if she is in the wrong! I will be encouraging my sister to sue if the car isn't fixed

A few years ago, I brought my Honda there for some body work after an accident. The lady who talked to me came across as extremely underhanded and sleazy. She specifically asked me how much insurance was going to pay for the repair ($2300), then calculated a price that was almost exactly the same...barely under. I moved on and found another shop that repaired it for $300. The car has passed inspection every year since without a hitch. I'm giving them two stars because, technically, I haven't ever done business with them. For obvious reasons though, I don't ever plan to.

I LOVE these people! Not only are they super efficient organized detail oriented an inexpensive. They even work with your insurance company to make sure you get exactly what you pay for every month! Amy is a wonderful person! Philip does an amazing job any car that comes into that shop, take it from someone who had to go back there twice within, two weeks apart my car looks like it had never went through anything and runs beautifully! ~Selena-
