Nutrition. Designed is a functional nutrition practice run by Yvonne, MS, CNS, LDN, BCHN—a double-board certified, licensed nutritionist and certified herbalist. She specializes in skin health, hormone regulation, gut and digestive health, mental health, and sports nutrition for all activity levels. With a private practice since 2016 and experience as an adjunct professor, Yvonne combines evidence-based functional nutrition with personalized strategies to help clients optimize their health.
