Namaskar Yoga Studio

Namaskar Yoga is a warm-hearted, independent yoga studio located in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood since 2002. They offer diverse yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to experienced practitioners, taught by experienced and welcoming instructors—many of whom have been with the studio for over 20 years. The studio emphasizes community, non-competitiveness, and creating a peaceful space where students can build strength, flexibility, and internal peace, complemented by an on-demand video library for home practice.
