Movement Lounge, By Yoga Muttz is a Nashville-based yoga and fitness studio offering heated and unheated yoga classes (restorative, yin, power flow, vinyasa, and yoga sculpt), aerial yoga using hammocks, silks, and lyra, and group strength training with barbells and sculpt classes. The studio has a unique mission of partnering with local animal rescues to host yoga-with-adoptable-dogs classes, with proceeds supporting organizations like SOAR Rescue and Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary—they've raised over $30,000 for local rescues since opening in January 2022. All classes welcome beginners with no previous experience required.
