Move With Studio is El Cerrito's premier boutique Pilates and stretch therapy studio offering small-group reformer classes (limited to 7 clients), private one-on-one pilates sessions, and Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST). Founded by Kelsey Wiedenhoefer, the studio combines expert instruction with a tranquil environment designed to help clients move with confidence, strength, and ease. They serve all levels from complete beginners to those recovering from surgery, and offer complementary content through KW Well, their digital platform of breath-led classes and mindful movement practices.
