Mindful Family Wellness, founded by Rebecca, is a comprehensive perinatal and functional nutrition practice serving Charlotte and Lake Norman since 2010. Rebecca combines 10+ years of certified doula experience with functional nutrition expertise to support clients through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and beyond. Services include birth doula support, functional nutrition counseling, HypnoBirthing classes (virtual and in-person), and placenta processing, with a specialized focus on natural birth approaches and evidence-based nutrition for digestive health, hormonal balance, and whole-family wellness.
