Mind Body Nutrition, PLLC is led by Judy Simon, MS, RDN, CD, CHES, FAND, a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in reproductive nutrition, PCOS management, and eating disorders. Judy offers personalized medical nutrition therapy using a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach to help clients optimize nutrition for fertility, preconception through postpartum, manage PCOS across all life stages, and recover from eating disorders. She coordinates care with your healthcare team through in-person or telehealth sessions and co-developed the Food for Fertility Program, an interactive virtual cooking class series designed to help women optimize their fertility health.
