Founded by Mimi Ghandour, the studio emphasizes community, kindness, and authenticity with a modern warrior spirit, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners. In addition to regular classes, Mimi Yoga & Pilates offers 200-hour yoga teacher training, mat pilates certification programs, prenatal yoga training, and guided meditation instruction led by world-class instructors.
