“KevinG was very personable even though my 2 frenchies bombarded him with the need of pats when he first arrived 🫠 Was showing connection by talking to me about his dog (which made things less awkward when you have someone you don’t personally know inside your home). Was respectful by wearing booties (tons of snow out there) and walked me through the things he was doing with doing the inspection of my HVAC system. On top of that, was efficient so he was in and out in a timely manner which meant I didn’t have to wait around all day. Yay Kevin! Also, had JasonH doing my electrical inspection and again- so accommodating with my questions. He also brought treats for my dogs! He was very knowledgeable and did some upgrades to make sure this solo lady didn’t have to worry about my electrical going on the fritz. He was also wearing booties to protect my floors and was efficient in what needed to be done so I didn’t have to be in my house waiting around all day. He also talked to me about animals and was very outgoing/ personable. Yay Jason! Also- Michael & Son being so awesome to have both systems serviced at the same time! “My heat and systems failed on 1/19/26 around noon. I called for replacement quotes from Michael and Son and one other company. Both came and provided quotes by mid day Tuesday. We made a decision later that evening with Carter @Michaels and had them at my door around 9:30 Wednesday installing furnace and heat pump. Jason and Tyler were very professional. I did have to call Michael’s back yesterday as the thermostat wasn’t working properly. Caleb Hoffman came and knew exactly what was happening and quickly (as he was prepared with that replacement thermostat in his truck) installed that unit.
