“I had a prenatal massage with Jennifer and highly enjoyed it! My back was on fire before going in and I’ve never felt better. She is very experienced and was awesome to work with. She knew the exact spots that were hurting without me even telling her. Can’t wait to be back!”

“I was really looking forward to this massage, which was a thoughtful gift from my partner, but the experience was a total waste of time. I arrived for a 10:00 AM appointment with Nikki, checked in, and was left sitting in the waiting room for a full hour. No one checked on me until I finally went back to the front desk, only to find out my therapist never showed up for work. I expect a full and refund to my partner’s card; it is completely unacceptable to pay for a service that was never provided while my own time was disrespected. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

“Edited my review, original review after this edit. The new manager Alex has been trying hard to improve the front desk and has hired multiple new people recently and trained them to prioritize good customer service. The front desk staff has been noticabley better! Old review: I got an appointment reminder via text 24 hours prior to the appointment by text. I got no other texts. I got left work early and got childcare and drove 30 minutes in for my appointment only for the front desk to tell me when I walked in that my appointment was cancelled and "there was a note that you were notified in my system but I don't know because I haven't been here for three days" She was not apologetic in the least. I said "I am really frustrated. I got a babysitter and I live 30 minutes away. I have nothing other than a reminder text here 24 hours ago" she just said "I don't know what happened I haven't been here" and she would be able to comp my next appointment. Great so I have to wait 2 more weeks for an appointment, I lost income and an hour worth of gas for nothing AND childcare. AS I SIT HERE AND WRITE THIS I just got a text notification that my appointment has been cancelled ... 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time. You have got to be kidding me”

“Very weird experience. Before the massage I filled out what areas of the body to massage. Went into the room. About halfway through the first area (lower back) I asked if she could get this one muscle that’s been bothering me and hadn’t been an issue with any other massage therapist before at different locations. She said she would be hurting my organs if she were to do that. I’m not a massage therapist but I hadn’t had any issues in the past with that area. She then told me to tell her when to move on to the next part of my body and what parts. (I filled that out in the lobby). Also, I thought was weird because getting a massage is like being in a casino, idk how long it’s been so I wouldn’t know when to tell her to move on to fit what I already asked for on the iPad This was also a couples massage so we’re talking through the whole thing while my wife was trying to enjoy hers as much as she could. Massage ends, we go to pay. It was our first time at this location so they gave us the discount rate of $80 member instead of $130 non-member which was kind of them but asked to tip the massage therapists based on the $130 price we would have been charged on a massage that wasn’t great and not so peaceful for my wife who had to listed to all the questions my therapist was asking me. Still tipped 20% but not worth the money or hassle.”

“Lena is a fantastic massage therapist! She is very intuitive and can see misalignments in the body that are not overtly apparent, and helps to address and fix these issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and has suggested several stretches/exercises that have helped me greatly. If you are dealing with any injuries or issues, or are looking for a looking for a true sports massage, go see Lena!”
