“Mack Morris installed a new HVAC system in my rental unit(July, 25) and did an excellent job throughout the process, from estimate to installation. The unit has been working great since the installation. I had to recently call them to address a problem with the system and they promptly came to address the issue and provided the fix needed to correct the problem. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Robert was easy to work, followed through on his commitment to address the problem. The office staff was friendly and able to address my needs and set up the appts. I have been very pleased with the company and their employees and would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.”

“Aaron was amazing! Not only did he arrive on time but he did a very thorough check of my HVAC system, which had not been checked since 2021 because I bought the house from the prior owner who had died… Aaron not only explained what he was doing and why but he.showed me how to clean my condensator (I may not have the term exactly correct but the most important thing is I know what to do!) in between 6 month maintenance visits . He also was very good about checking the temperature flow in the laundry room, which is off the bathroom as I explained that it was very cold in that laundry room, and he made a recommendation to possibly enlarge the vent to allow for better heat flow. Aaron was very polite and easy to talk with and was just very generous with his time… I recently discovered a skunk is probably living in my HVAC system, and he even gave me a resource of a wildlife removal person to help me with that Plus a resource to clean out the HVAC vents after the skunk is removed. Aaron is a Great example of customer service and what it should be and the company is lucky to have him. Crystal was also good about calling me when Aaron was on his way and also when he missed my driveway which is un unmarked so that she could let him know exactly how to get to my house… Great teamwork.”
