“I gave a $1000 deposit and was told there was no commitment at ALL to purchase the hot tub but now that I’m trying to get my deposit back they said it is not possible. They called me to let me know that after a years wait my hot tub was available and I told them that I was not able to purchase it at that time but if they could please hold my $1000 deposit until I was ready to purchase another different one. They said that would be Ok but now that I am talking to the manager, he said there’s nothing he can do but he cannot give me my deposit back.
