“I took my daughter here to get our nails done for a mommy daughter day. It was very busy even with scheduling an appointment. We were there at 10:30AM for the appointment and left a little after 1PM. My daughter’s nails were done before they even started on me. That was the longest I have ever been at a nail salon. Even with the extremely long wait/service. Our nails turned out good and everyone was friendly and nice. They seem to really care about their customers and the health of their nails. Just not sure I would bring my daughter back to have to sit for so long. Was hoping the appointment would save us the long trip.”

“Went for a pedicure with a companion. The pedicure itself was nice. However, we felt uncomfortable with the repeated pressure to choose gel nails. We clearly communicated our choice of service to the technician, but the owner (or manager—I’m not certain) stepped in, spoke to the technician in another language, and then interjected to persuade us to upgrade to a more expensive service. This made it awkward to decline add-on options multiple times. While the space is nice and clean, the overall experience felt uncomfortable and not worth it for us. After giving this place two chances, we’ve decided to move on. Pedicure: 4/5 Overall: 2.5 to 3/5”
