“This is a nice sized and well kept Lowe’s with a good outdoor section which is bigger than that orange home improvement centers Lawn and Garden. However it is still not a “super Lowe’s” which is what I call the really big ones, this one is more medium sized and missing all that comes with that, but should still have just about everything you could need, except for in a couple places like the DeWalt tools section where Home Depot does has them beat as far as in Lawn and Garden DeWalt tools (this Lowe’s doesn’t even have a dewalt section there) and in brand new releases of DeWalt stuff or the in stock amounts of it. Lowe’s does win when it comes to Craftsman varieties and amounts of stuff if your into that sorta thing, and Lowe’s has Kobalt which is their generic brand that they have and promote to use ahead of everything else along with a couple other smaller generic companies, compared to Home Depot’s HDX and Rigid tools offerings. The other thing that kind of irritates me is the clothes section in the front middle of the store, now don’t get me wrong i am glad that they have a selection of tooling manufacturers clothing I like the stuff but I can get that and usually do online and it seems they have taken away from the tooling section along with the toolboxes especially to make room for their dresses and such in their boutique store in the middle of a building supply and warehouse. But these places are more and more home decorating stores as opposed to home building supply warehouses, but if you are a decorator, a weekend warrior or beginner to expert level handyman or project builder this place is perfect and meant for you and where the majority of money is for places like this, and this place has everything you need for fixing or replacing just about anything in your home if you have never been, but also be sure to check out Home Depot too for different offerings and styles to get more variety the two almost go together hand and hand and I like them both but if I had to pick only one to have it would be Lowe’s. Also for beginners or know nothings Lowe’s in my opinion is always better when it comes to having experienced and older in the trades and age customer assistance employees, now don’t take me wrong Home Depot has knowledgeable people who are experts too and usually they are department managers or leaders, but Lowe’s seems to have more long term experienced helpers where as Home Depot has more younger and enthusiastic ones and that might be intimidating or not helpful for some people too but just throwing my observation out there. Great store I go all the time.”

“Good store. Kept very neat and organized, so it's simple to find where products are. Online inventory stays up to date with what is available in-store. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Arrived close to closing on one occasion, and the lady was borderline rude when asked for help. I understand, but the attitude was not necessary. Otherwise, an easy to access and shop home maintenance store.”

“The 5 stars is mainly directed towards brother contractors and my fence installation! Which Lowe’s works with when it comes to fencing and other things. If anyone has the opportunity to work with these guys (Brothers Contractors) — TAKE IT! They were absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly — just genuinely great people. I was beyond stressed about the timing of our fence and whether it would be installed before we moved all of our belongings and our dogs. Not only did Jake personally reach out to make sure everything was taken care of, but the crew completed the majority of the fence in one day, then came back the next morning and finished the rest in under two hours. The fence looks INCREDIBLE. Josue Nolasco and Dario Martinez were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and such incredibly hard workers. I truly don’t even have enough words to explain how amazing they were — they deserve all the recognition and the best.”

“In anticipation of the recent snowstorm I went to Lowes and bought a generator . The associate assured me that I could return it if I didn't use it . I returned it on the ninth day from purchase in the factory sealed box , only to find out that there was a 48 hour return policy on generators . All previous experiences at Lowes have been accommodating and seemed to honor customer satisfaction , however , this one ended up becoming just the opposite . I have tried diligently to speak with the store manager for the possibility of compromise with a possible store credit for the return of the generator . I have been to the store three times and I have left my phone number multiple times as well but have still not made contact with her .I cannot remember being so frustrated as a consumer . If I had opened the box or fueled the generator , it would be much easier to accept the return policy , however in this case , the generator is still in the factory sealed box ! As a regular Lowes consumer I now have a generator that I neither need or want that I would happily trade for store credit towards items that I do need !”

“Had receipts to exchange christmas gift and to upgrade a lock set. Had original receipts. Lowes new policy says they won't give you store credit even with valid receipt says have to go back on credit card which takes ten days to get back. Poor customer service and policy.”
