Lili Rosenberg, RD - Dietitian Nutritionist

Lili Rosenberg is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RD) with a Master's degree in Nutrition, specializing in hormone health, diabetes management, and eating disorders. Based in Silver Spring, she offers both in-person and virtual consultations, working with clients nationwide across multiple states. She takes a body-positive, culturally competent approach using functional nutrition, intuitive eating, and health at every size (HAES) principles to help clients improve lab work, their relationship with food, and overall health outcomes.
