Light On Lotus

Light On Lotus is a community-driven yoga studio in Mar Vista founded by Kate Duyn in 2016, offering soulful and sweaty classes for all levels including prenatal yoga, advanced flows, restorative practices, and music-driven sessions. Beyond yoga classes, the studio features a Wellness Wing with massage, acupuncture, and reiki treatments, plus teacher trainings, workshops, kirtans, and soundbaths. Classes are available in-person in the studio, in the garden space, or online, with a signature fluid and transformative Lotus Flow style and a commitment to creating a sacred, uplifting community space on LA's westside.
