Lauren Mehta Nutrition

Lauren Mehta Nutrition is a practice led by a Registered Dietitian with nearly 20 years of clinical experience, including 10 years as lead dietitian at NYU's Cardiopulmonary Rehab Center. She specializes in nutrition counseling for chronic disease management and prevention—including diabetes, heart disease, and weight loss—using a sustainable, food-based approach tailored to each individual. Lauren offers both in-person consultations in Sandy Springs and telehealth services, accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and also provides corporate wellness programs and community lectures.
