“I don't ever review unless I can say something good. I have been a mechanic my whole life, I'm retired now and it's painful for me to take my vehicle to anyone for repairs but I had to this time. They certainly know what they are doing, with most cars, they are very knowledgeable it seems to me. I had my sprinter towed there for a couple of needed repairs, I know pretty much exactly what it needed, they did the repairs. Did a fine job! When it came to the bill, they charged me $700 more for a part that anyone can by the same part, "from the dealer" for! Rip off! While it was there I asked them to do a state inspection, and that's when it gets interesting, it's called pile on! They came up with a list of totally unnecessary repairs, those questionable items that have been unnoticed for years. In the end they took a whole bunch of my money and I drove my van away and I will not be returning!”
