Kinespirit Circle Gyrotonic and Pilates Studio

Kinespirit Circle is Portland's leading GYROTONIC® and Pilates studio, offering private sessions, duets, and small group classes (maximum 4 participants) in both disciplines. Led by experienced instructors, many of whom are former professional dancers, the studio provides personalized attention and expert guidance in movement practices designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. They also offer teacher training programs in GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and specialized equipment, as well as continuing education courses.
