John T. O'Connor Senior Center

The John T. O'Connor Senior Center is a free membership community hub for adults age 50+ in Knoxville, offering 80+ activities including language classes, computer training, fitness and wellness programs, arts and crafts, recreational games, health services, and educational workshops. Managed by the CAC Office on Aging since 1978, the center provides most programs at no cost and serves as a gathering place for older adults seeking social connection, skill development, and community resources.
