Jennifer Sherman, RD - Dietitian Nutritionist

Jennifer Sherman is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RD) with a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She offers personalized nutrition counseling for conditions including diabetes, gut health, weight loss, thyroid health, autoimmune disorders, and eating disorders. Drawing from her own experience transforming her health through nutrition and her 20+ years as an engineer, she takes a science-based, holistic approach tailored to each client's specific needs and real-life circumstances. She provides both in-person and virtual consultations and accepts most major insurance plans.
