Guglhupf Bakery

Guglhupf Bakery is an artisan bakery in Durham specializing in European-style breads, pastries, and custom cakes made from scratch since 1998. Led by Pastry Chef Katrina Edwards, a CIA-trained pastry expert, the bakery transforms simple ingredients using time-honored techniques and maintains a sourdough starter for distinctive flavor. They offer fresh daily batches of breads, Viennoiserie pastries, cookies, scones, muffins, tarts, tortes, and custom wedding cakes, plus catering and gift cards available at their Durham and Chapel Hill locations.
