Greene Health

Greene Health, run by certified eating disorder specialist Sydney Greene, provides nutrition coaching and counseling focused on healing relationships with food and body image. Sydney works with clients struggling with disordered eating, binge-restrict cycles, chronic dieting, food guilt, and the mental obsession with weight and "right" foods. She offers both individual and group nutrition coaching in-person in Boulder and virtually nationwide, specializing in eating disorder recovery, food addiction support, and helping clients find freedom and joy in eating.
