Goodness Nutrition Center

Goodness Nutrition Center, led by registered dietitian nutritionist Gloria Ochoa-Andia (RDN, LD, CDCES, IBCLC), provides personalized nutrition counseling for weight management, diabetes control, chronic disease management, and pregnancy/breastfeeding support. The center uses advanced body composition analysis (SECA mBCA 554) to design evidence-based nutrition plans tailored to each client's unique needs and food preferences. Services include telehealth consultations, nutrition for teens and children, and support for women through pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth education, and postpartum recovery.
