Firelight Yoga

Firelight Yoga is a Portland-based yoga studio offering radiantly heated and unheated classes for all levels, private 1-on-1 yoga and personal training sessions, assisted stretching, on-demand streaming classes, and a 200-hour teacher training program. They foster an inclusive community with free weekly classes for BIPOC and Queer & Trans practitioners, workplace wellness programs, and a supportive environment designed to meet practitioners where they are in their journey.
