“Okay. Checked in with the guys at Fast Lane. As they were reconnected by the gal over at Walmart. I am a vendor and my car began misfiring and stuttering really badly. I knew it was the spark plugs but needed to confine and get home. Went over at 4pm and they promised to take care of me no matter what. Went through the diagnostic, as that’s the first step. No brainer there. Sure enough. So sparks and cools fixed. The two guys there were AMAZING and they stayed open past their closing time to accommodate me and make sure my car was test run before I hit the road. I couldn’t thank them enough. It was sheer relief for me- I’m sure that they sensed that too and felt bad. But seriously. Most shops won’t take anyone that close to closing. Left at 6:10pm and they closed at 5:30pm. I now have them in my contact book for future service needs. They went well over and above and beyond for what I requested for sure. And they explained a lot to help me understand why this occurred. My car had a history with this stuff and everything kind of made sense after the shop mgr explained what was going on and how they were all interconnected. Can’t say enough kudos and thanks for the guys there. I plan on using them again since I’m down there regularly. They do just about everything except auto body work. So they’ll be my go to guys from here on out. I’m in Boise and travel for work to the area regularly once a week. I plan on making sure that I get my oil changed there in the future too. And they were very reasonably priced compared to other places too. Hands down- 5 stars. Solid gold.”
