Engenius Learning Center of Willow Glen

Engenius Learning Center of Willow Glen is a locally-owned tutoring center serving San Jose families for 25+ years. Led by Director Mike Flynn, who is embedded in the community as a coach and after-school care provider, they offer in-person and online tutoring in math, reading, writing, science, study skills, homework support, and ACT/SAT prep. Unlike traditional tutoring that just answers homework questions, Engenius focuses on identifying and fixing "ghost gaps"—missing foundational skills causing current struggles—to build independent learners and reverse what they call "Confidence Debt."
