“I have been taking group classes with Nicole for 2 years and my partner has been doing personal training sessions with Adam. We both love our workout classes and look forward to them. The Goerges get to know you, your fitness level, and your individual needs to ensure you're always having a great workout that's catered to you, including modifications you may need any given day. Sessions are offered for 30 or 60 mins and are available at a wide range of times. I've never done the same workout twice at Elevate. Elevate is tucked away on Berkmar Drive, but the gym itself is large and well-equipped with more than enough space for your session. Appointment only, you can join for private personal training sessions or group classes. Via their booking system Vagaro, you can buy class/session packs at a discount.”

The workouts are always effective and interesting - I’m never bored. I work really hard for an hour, twice per week, and I always feel better after than I did when I started. Adam and Nicole’s space at Elevate is great: open, with plenty of room and first rate equipment. Both Adam and Nicole structure their workouts to individually suit their clients needs and goals physically, but they also understand their clients’ personalities and ensure that workouts are both fun and rigorous. “Family run business that got me in the best shape of my life. Small group classes especially on weekdays, many times I received 1-1 coaching. It was a struggle for me and Adam to get my form down since I was completely new to weight training, but now I can say that I have a solid foundation established and the muscles to prove it. Adam's strength was pushing me to lift heavier than I ever thought I could and giving me the confidence to lift heavy even though women are often told to lift less than men. His weakness was explaining form in a way that I could understand, but I'll admit, I was a slow learner when it came to body mechanics and coordination. However, he stuck with me through it all, which I'm grateful for, and I miss this kind of training now that I moved out of state.”

Over the years I have done personal training at ACAC and the YMCA, classes at Solid Core and 9 Round, but nothing has really stuck. Adam and Nicole are so welcoming and they push and motivate you to so things you won’t make yourself do. The workouts are tailored to your fitness level and they incorporate feedback about things you want to improve so that you are getting exactly what you want/need. I have been doing personal training and classes with Adam and I have never been stronger, he always pushes me and adds extra weight to challenge me during my workouts.
