“Eavers used to be a reputable business that did good work for a reasonable price. That’s no long the case. Two years ago, I had all 4 brake pads and rotors replaced. Overtime, my steering wheel begin to shake terribly when I press the brakes. I wasn’t in a position to be able to get the car back to Eavers, so unfortunately, I left the issue go for longer than I should have. Just recently, I took my vehicle to a local family owned business and was informed that I needed to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. While completing the work, the technician discovered that the rotors on my vehicle were stamped with the word Toyota and that they appeared to be the original stock rotors. I was also told that it was more than obvious that the stock rotors had never been removed. I contacted both Eavers locations and was given the run around. I began by questioning them on whether or not they ever use stock rotors. I was told that they don’t After explaining my situation, I was told that yes, in fact, they do sometimes get rotors from the dealer. I refuse to believe that this is true. They told me that they had no way of knowing what rotors were used on my car and that it was my fault for not brining it back in. I will never give them my business again as I feel they took advantage of me and charged me for labor that was never done and parts that were never used. Photos attached of the rotors that were removed. They only had about 2 years of easy miles on them.”

“I brought my car in and didn’t have any heat I needed a few other things repaired as well but I couldn’t get it done for a couple days but when I left out the other day the heat felt warm I’m like did they do something to it lol and so I came back today to get it fixed and I told the man it was blowing warm for some reason and he said he had did a small flush so me and kids would have heat. “DO NOT GO AROUND THEIR LUNCH BREAK Even though I have a very busy day I decided to get a "quick" state inspection. The front office service was very slow, though very few customers were in the store. When I finally got the state inspection, it took almost an hour from the time I rejected the state inspection to the time I could finally get my car back (a little over 2 hours in store total (that I did not have)). It took me walking back to the garage and ask one of the mechanics standing around that the inspector just needed to sign the paperwork but had gone to lunch before hand and NO ONE HAD INFORMED ME(I do appreciate him for telling me and telling me he will figure out what is going on for me) After I asked the guy in the front (when he finally showed back up) why it was taking so long, to which he answered they only had one inspector (partially true), I noticed they closed all of the front garage doors. if the inspector is going to go to lunch before finishing the job they are in the middle in the shop should inform the customer ASAP or better yet warn customers that come in around that time beforehand that it may take a lot longer than usual/expected because they will go on their lunch break in the midst of it”
