East Coast Family Services is an outpatient mental health agency in Norfolk serving children, adolescents, and geriatric individuals with serious mental illnesses. They provide intensive in-home services, skill-building programs, crisis stabilization, and community support with a focus on culturally competent, compassionate care. ECFS helps clients reconnect with family and community while linking them to housing, employment, medication management, and other essential resources.
