“I would like to share my experience with this business. My car required a very mild cosmetic repair with a part replacement. I didn't get my insurance involved because my deductible is too high. Upon arriving, I was greeted by friendly staff. An estimate was significantly reasonable in comparison to Flow Body Shop and Calliber Collision. On the following week, when I returned for repair in the AM,  I learned that part was not in the shop yet but would be delivered in a few hours of that afternoon. It was very disappointing but understandable. I wish someone would have called me in advance, and I would plan my day off differently. Actually, that was not a big deal. Stuff happens. My car repair was very important for me on that day. I was called back to the shop before noon, even earlier than anticipated. Everything was completed within an hour. My car looks good again to my satisfaction! Quality of work was remarkable! As a courtesy, the manager granted me a discount at checkout, which was a very nice surprise. “It has been a couple months since Cville Auto Body repainted my truck and its safe to say that their work is holding strong. My truck is a 2010 Tacoma, and it needed extensive work on the surface because the original paint was peeling on the hood and roof, with fading on the rest of the truck. The truck is mechanically sound but the paint was getting to the point that I needed to either start considering putting money into it or sell the truck to buy a new one. Cville brought the truck back to life, repainting the entire truck and fixing the dents and dings. The truck that came out of the shop looks much better than when I bought it used in 2014. I can't recommend this place enough. These are hard working individuals who care about their customers, and deliver top notch results. They gave this truck another 5-10 years of service, so the price was worth every penny. Again, if you have auto body issues or need to get your vehicle repainted, take your vehicle here.”
