Crave Yoga

Crave Yoga is a modern yoga studio in Mountain View offering comprehensive yoga classes, meditation, energy healing, reiki, and ayurveda instruction. Founded by Helena McLoughlin with a mission to create a welcoming, safe community space, Crave provides regular group classes, private instruction, customized corporate wellness programs, a 200-hour trauma-informed Yoga Teacher Training program, and annual wellness retreats. The studio features brand-new facilities including showers, bathrooms, bicycle storage, and air conditioning, with convenient access to Castro Street Station and downtown Mountain View.
