Covenant LifeStyle Centre is a full-service medical fitness facility operated by Providence Covenant Health in Lubbock, serving both cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients and the general public. Located on the 6th floor of Covenant Medical Center's east parking garage, the facility offers comprehensive amenities including an indoor pool, indoor/outdoor track, racquetball court, 70+ cardio machines, free weights, and dry sauna, along with on-site exercise science experts, registered dietitians, and registered nurses. Beyond fitness, Covenant LifeStyle Centre provides specialized rehabilitation programs (cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab, physical therapy), group exercise classes (yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, water aerobics), nutritional counseling, and personalized training—with no long-term contracts required and membership open to the public since 1984.
