“I had an EXCELLENT experience with Cosner Brothers after a deer ran into my Camry a couple of weeks ago. They reached out by email when my ins. co. gave them the wrong number. Their communication was great during the remaining process too. I was worried that my car wouldn't start since the deer hit directly at the battery and because my car wasn't starting after the deer hit me, I was worried that the paint wouldn't match, and I was worried that my pinstripe would be missing from my fender, BUT.... my car looks better than it did before the deer hit me, the car runs awesome, they replaced the pinstripe, and the paint on my new hood, fender, and bumper was a 100% match! They even fixed my door that was making a popping sound. It had been popping before the deer, but the fender was pushed into the door just enough to make that popping sound twice as bad and they fixed that too!!! They also completed it a week faster than expected. They are super professional in every aspect, the staff is wonderful, and I am beyond pleased. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, Cosner Brother's is where I'll bring my vehicle and I will recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of body work. “I was in an accident that left damage to my vehicle. I had gone to a couple different places for an estimate but Cosner Bros gave me the best rate for the damage. They worked with my insurance and kept me well informed all along the way. Since it had been a while since I was in an accident I was a little rusty on the process in the end. The woman that checked me out, though I didn't catch her name, was very professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain next steps in the process. When picking my car up, Dillard found that I had a bulb that had gone out and took the time to replace it. The quality of work was amazing, allowing my car to look brand new again. “I had to take my new car to this shop (and not my regular oil change/inspection choice) through my insurance after a pretty nasty collision, and I can not say enough good words about them! They were honest, polite and did a wonderful job! my car looks brand new again! I only communicated with Mr. Glenn and the nice lady taking care of bills n such in the back (didn’t get her name) but they were both SO kind and helpful!
